Secure Dog Field Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the usage of all Doggy Cool Secure Dog Park facilities, ensuring the safety and liability of your dogs while utilizing our facility:

  1. By a) booking the use of Doggy Cool Secure Dog Field, b) using the dog field, c) taking a tour of the dog field and/or our facility, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions, including the payment and cancellation policy.
  2. The secure dog fields are exclusively designed for dogs. To comply with health and safety regulations, individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times within the park.
  3. You assume full responsibility for the behaviour of your dogs and any other dogs accompanying you within the facility.
  4. We do not accept any liability for damage, loss, or injury that may occur on our premises.
  5. It is your responsibility to provide a secure dog collar and lead for use within Doggy Cool Secure Dog Fields. Your dogs must be on the lead before exiting your vehicle in the parking area and must remain so until within the dog field, with the gates closed. 
  6. Your dogs must also be on the lead before exiting the dog field.
  7. While we have taken every measure to ensure the dog fields security, we cannot guarantee that your dogs will not escape.
  8. You must supervise your dogs at all times during their stay in the dog field.
  9. All litter and dog waste must be promptly cleaned up during each session.
  10. To maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment, failure to clean up after your visit by leaving dog waste or litter in the field will result in the forfeiture of your future
    access to the fields.
  11. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras are in operation throughout the facility.
  12. Kindly exit the fields promptly at the end of your session to allow space for arriving guests.

Dog Park Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  1. The full session cost must be paid online at the time of booking.
  2. For direct bookings, payment must be made with cash or card upon arrival at the office.
  3. The flat rate fee for field usage includes up to 3 dogs. An additional fee of £1 per additional dog applies.
  4. The maximum number of dogs allowed per session is 8. For bookings exceeding this number, please contact us directly at 01782 901230 and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
  5. If you arrive late for your pre-booked dog field session, you are still required to leave at the designated end time, and no refund or partial refund will be provided.
  6. If you choose to leave the dog field before the end of your session, no refund or partial refund will be given.
  7. We are not responsible if you are unable to use the dog field due to any reason, including inclement weather.
  8. Due to limited availability, the dog field service is non-refundable
