Doggy Cool Daycare & Exercise Field – Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms:
1.1. By entering and using the Doggy Cool Daycare & Exercise Fields (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. All dogs must be always accompanied by an adult and under control.
1.3. Dog owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour, actions, and any damage caused by their dog.
1.4. Use of the Facility is at your own risk. Doggy Cool Daycare is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm that may occur to dogs, owners, or third parties during use of the Facility.
2. Facility Use:
2.1. The Facility is to be used for exercising and playing with dogs in a secure environment.
2.2. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
2.3. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs promptly and dispose of waste in designated bins.
2.5. No more than eight dogs per person are allowed in the Facility at a time.
2.6. Dog owners should have a lead on hand at all times to regain control of their dogs if necessary.
3. Booking and Payment:
3.1. Bookings can be made through the Doggy Cool Daycare website or in person at our facility.
3.2. Payment must be made prior to using the Facility. Fees are non-refundable unless cancelled 24 hours in advance.
3.3. Dog owners must arrive and depart at the scheduled times to ensure smooth transitions for all visitors.
4. Safety and Security:
4.1. All dogs must wear a collar with identification tags at all times.
4.2. Owners are advised to stay within sight and voice control of their dogs.
4.3. No food treats or toys that could cause aggression or harm are allowed in the Facility.
4.4. Gates must be securely closed upon entry and exit to prevent dogs from escaping.
5. Indemnity and Liability:
5.1. Dog owners indemnify Doggy Cool Daycare from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from the use of the Facility.
5.2. Doggy Cool Daycare is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, or property while using the Facility.
6. Photography and Marketing:
6.1. Dog owners consent to the use of photographs and videos taken at the Facility for marketing and promotional purposes by Doggy Cool Daycare.
Disclaimer: I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions for using the Doggy Cool Daycare & Exercise Fields. I understand that using the Facility involves certain risks and I agree to take full responsibility for my dog’s behaviour and actions. I release Doggy Cool Daycare from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur while using the Facility.
